Xirrus Rapid Deployment Kit

The Xirrus Rapid Deployment Kit (RDK) simplifies the setup of a mobile wireless network in combination with a Xirrus Wireless Array. The RDK includes a tripod stand, mounting hardware, protective covers, data cables, and a quick start guide – all packed in two rugged carrying cases for easy mobility.

The combination of a Xirrus Wireless Array and the RDK provides a robust temporary Wi-Fi connectivity solution, supporting voice, video, and data access across a large area well suited to support meetings, conferences, expositions, festivals, disaster response, and command posts.

The RDK can be used with Xirrus XR- and XN-series Wireless Arrays supporting up to 1280 users per device without the complexity of deploying multiple access points, antennas, controllers, or other hardware.

Each Rapid Deployment Kit Includes:

Tripod Mounting Stand

The tripod stand opens easily to securely support the Array on any relatively flat surface, with no tools required. Easily position the Array up to 10 feet above ground level for maximum coverage.

Protective Array Covers

Weather resistant protection for the Array with the included Xirrus Snap-on Cover and Rain/dust protective bag.

Data Cables

The RDK includes the data cables that are necessary to get the Array up and running.

Ruggedized Carrying Cases

Two hard-sided wheeled carrying cases are included. One safely transports the Array with snap-on cover, the power supply, cables and accessories. The other case securely carries the tripod.
