T-Frame Sector Mounts

Trylon’s versatile T-Frame Sector Mounts are offered in 12′ and 15′ overall widths. These T-Frames are also offered with 2 3/8″ OD rails for your light duty needs, and 3½” OD rails for your heavier wind or larger loading requirements.

Sector diversity is achieved through the leg offset, by either rotating the mount about the tower leg, or by using the 3½” offset pipe. The T-Frame comes standard with a 3′ offset, which ultimately gives the antennas just over a 3½’ true structure offset (see illustration). Tapered standoffs are also available for structures with 1 in 20 (3°) slope for both offset sizes.

To accommodate various sized tower legs, standard small backing kits are offered for up to 4½” OD members, and large backing kits for round members up to 11″ OD, or 60° and 90° angle legs up to 8″ in size.

A 12′ long tie-back assembly is included to stabilize your antennas in high wind or ice condition. They can attach to members up to 4½” OD for small backing options and 11″ OD for large backing options. If required, larger tie-backs can be ordered separately. All material is hot dip galvanized.

(Note: As an example, a 15′ T-Frame with 2 3/8″ OD can hold four 1′ x 8′ panels at maximum diversity under 80mph winds, whereas the 3½” OD rails can achieve wind capacities up to 120mph, both with less than 1° deflection. Call us to see which is best suited for your application.)
